Request an Absentee Ballot Online for the 2024 GENERAL ELECTION
- The last day to request an absentee ballot for the 2024 General Election was Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
- Those voters who are Overseas Military or Overseas Citizens must request an electronic absentee ballot by Saturday, November 2, 2024. See FVAP.ORG for more information.
- The last recommended day to mail back your absentee ballot was Tuesday, October 29, 2024. If you still have your absentee ballot after that date, you should drop it off at any polling place in your county before 7:00pm on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Online Candidate Nominating Petition Signature Portal
Candidate Nominating Petitions
New Mexico law requires candidates for some offices to collect signatures on nominating petitions in order to appear on a ballot. This website offers you the opportunity to sign a nominating petition to nominate a candidate that seeks to be placed on the ballot for a contest for which a voter is eligible to vote.
