Start A Business
All Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships must first register with the Secretary of State. You can register LLCs online, but partnerships and corporations registration forms must be completed and submitted via mail or in person. Please visit the pages specific to the type of business you would like to register. If you are unsure, please consult a CPA or attorney. Once you have decided on your type of business, you can proceed to register your business.
A Domestic LLC, Corporation or Partnership is a New Mexico based business, that has registered in the state of New Mexico before any other state or country.
