Lobbyist Regulation Act Reporting Guidelines
The Secretary of State has published the new Lobbyist Guide for use as a reference for lobbyist and lobbyist employers. Additionally, please refer to the Lobbyist Regulation Act, NMSA 2-11-1 through 2-11-9, as the ultimate legal authority.

Lobbyist Compliance Training
Ahead of the October 9, 2024 Lobbyist Reporting Deadline, the Secretary of State’s office will host two training sessions that will cover reporting in the CFIS system (content will be the same; select an option that works best with your schedule).
